The idea of
iIct was born during a tour into the interior of some Indian states
where the forgotten craftsmen live in utter poverty, yet produce most
of the heritage craft that the souvenir shops across popular tourist
destinations sell to the visitors. we have selected the craft
villages that are around bigger tourist centers or on the way between
two such centers. The places were selected keeping in mind comfort
our clients in terms of accommodation and according to list prepared
in association with UNESCO India.

Our Tour Services
We at intricate India specialize in small group tours so as to give you the freedom of choosing the type of holiday you want for yourself. Mostly like-minded people (friends or family) choose to go for the same tours and book them together. Group sizes are maximum 14/15 people, and tour packages for single travelers are also possible. We deal only with transporters possessing All India Tourism Permits, and well behaved drivers and long standing reputation in the industry. We have ourselves checked in the hotels and eaten in the restaurants that we send our guests to.
The tour packages mentioned in the service page are only a few of the itineraries that can give you an idea of most sought-after tours, but depending on your inclination and time we can work out a schedule that is tailored to your requirements. For example, if you should prefer to skip the big cities and only stay in smaller places we can organize overnight stays outside the main cities. However, suitable accommodation is rare in these areas and we need a longer notice to make appropriate hotel arrangements. If you should on the other ‑
hand prefer more time to visit craftsmen and less in the tourist centers we can likewise organize the time accordingly.
